Mounting on a Fotofix board
How to mount artwork on a self-adhesive Fotofix board.
When to mount artwork
Sometimes framed artwork needs to be mounted, typically when we don't want to place it under glass, or when it might ripple between the glass and the frame's backing board. In that case we recommend using a Fotofix board.
Rare and irreplaceable works should not be mounted or otherwise altered.

Lift one corner of the protective film
Don't peel off the whole protective film of the adhesive layer at once. Fold back just one corner.

Align and place the artwork
Place the artwork on the Fotofix board so it's aligned with the board's edges on the side where the film is not yet peeled.
