Shipping
The delivery price depends on the size and number of items in your order. Every parcel falls into one of the following categories:

| Small parcel | longest dimension up to 500 mm and no more than 3 items | 120 CZK |
| Medium parcel | orders beyond the small-parcel limits | 150 CZK |
| Large parcel | longest dimension over 900 mm or 6 or more items | 250 CZK |
| Individual quote | 11 or more items | quoted individually |
Individual quote
For orders of 11 items or more we prepare the delivery price individually – the larger quantity usually earns a volume discount. We'll email you the final delivery price when we confirm your order, before any payment.
Payment
How does payment work?
We check your order first. Once confirmed, we'll email you the payment details. You can pay by scanning a QR code or by a standard bank transfer. We do it this way to make sure we have everything we need to make your frame.
